We keep it simple - below are questions we actually get (and the ones you probably should’ve asked before checking in.)

Q: When will my order ship?

A: 3-5 Business Days On items in stock, all custom orders will need additional time to be created and processed (we’re a one woman band, and we hand create al custom pieces)

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Only if something’s truly wrong (incorrect size, issues with apparel manufacturing). We do not accept returns on custom orders, as we consistently check-in through out the creative process. Email the front desk within 7 days of delivery.

Q: can i pickup locally?

A: If you’re in Charlotte or within 20miles of city limits… YES! Submit a note- or email the front desk so we can arrange pickup

Q: MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED.. BUT I DIDN’T GET IT?

A: It sucks; we get it. However, once it leaves our site, it’s in the postal gods’ controls, that doesn’t mean I won’t clash with the titans to get your issue resolved. Email the front desk, we’ll make it right.
