SHIPPING:
We ship orders withing 3-5 business days, unless we’re elbow deep in a new drop or on the road. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package hits the post.
All orders ship from Charlotte, North Carolina. BT8 isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked as delivered - but if something goes sideways, reach out to the Front Desk and we’ll do what we can to help.

Find us at the Front Desk! Or anyone of our social media accounts. We’ll usually get back within 24 - 48 hours, unless we’re mid- drop or mid - chaos.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you’re in the Charlotte Area, you can select local pick up at checkout, We’ll send you an email or text when your order is ready - Usually within 48 hours.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Got an idea? We love that! Somethings we can do, some we can’t - depends on materials, time, and how crazy your vision is. Send your inspo and details to the Front Desk and we’ll let you know if its possible!
Product Care:
Jewelry: Avoid Water, perfume, and lotion to keep the shine. Store in a dry spot when not worn - not your car dashboard (I see you)
Body care: All our products are handmade and skin - safe, but always patch test first. Store in a cool, dry place - heat can mess with formulas.
ORDER ISSUES:
We’re human. If something shows up wrong, damaged, or missing - email the Front Desk within 7 Days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo so we can fix it fast.
